Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
International Shipping
International shipping is not currently available. We may offer international shipping in the future.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Relay is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. If you believe your package may be lost in transit, contact us at support@drinkrelay.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Relay is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@drinkrelay.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
